Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 March 2026
Important Notice — Please Read Carefully
TheTradeHub is a technology automation tool only. We are not a broker, investment adviser, fund manager, or regulated financial services provider. We do not manage your money, direct your trades, or provide financial advice. You assume full and exclusive responsibility for all trading decisions, outcomes, and any financial losses that occur on accounts connected to the Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TheTradeHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by TheTradeHub ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TheTradeHub with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
2. Description of Service
TheTradeHub provides a cloud-based software tool that connects to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading accounts via third-party providers (including MetaAPI and CopyFactory) and automates the replication of trade orders from one designated account (the "master") to one or more other accounts (the "slaves").
The Service is a technical relay tool only. We do not select, initiate, recommend, rank, promote, or control any trades or master accounts. All trades originate from the master account holder. The Service forwards and replicates order signals as a technical intermediary according to user settings.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service (including connecting third-party MT5 accounts) complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and broker terms in your jurisdiction. We accept no liability for any regulatory breach by you.
4. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at tradershubsupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use where you failed to safeguard your credentials.
5. MT5 Account Credentials and Authorisation
By providing MT5 credentials, you explicitly authorise TheTradeHub and relevant third-party providers (including MetaAPI and CopyFactory) to connect to your MT5 account solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including trade replication and account data retrieval.
You represent and warrant that you have full authority to grant this access for each connected account.
You remain solely responsible for all trading activity on any account connected to the Service, including trades placed, modified, or closed as a result of the copy mechanism, your settings, broker execution, or market movement.
6. No Financial or Investment Advice
TheTradeHub is a technology platform only and does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service.
We are not registered or licensed as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, or any other regulated financial entity in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the platform, in our communications, or in any marketing constitutes financial advice.
All decisions — including which master account to copy, position sizing, risk parameters, and when to start or stop copying — are made exclusively by you. If you copy trades from a third party, you do so entirely at your own discretion and risk.
7. Risk Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING RISKS:
- Trading losses: Copying trades does not guarantee profit. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Execution differences and slippage: Network latency, broker differences, liquidity, and third-party infrastructure constraints may cause slave account trades to fill at different prices, different sizes, or not at all compared to the master account.
- Service interruptions: The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (MetaAPI, CopyFactory, your broker, Stripe, cloud providers) that may experience downtime or errors outside our control. Trades may not be copied during outages.
- Broker restrictions: Your broker may restrict, suspend, or close your account due to automated or copy trading.
- Market and leverage risk: Forex and CFDs are high-risk instruments and can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit.
- Master account conduct: If you copy a third party, you bear the full risk of that trader's decisions. TheTradeHub does not vet, endorse, monitor, or guarantee any master account.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT THETRADEHUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING EXECUTION DIFFERENCES, OUTAGES, OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or for events outside our control. We provide no service level agreement (SLA).
9. Subscription and Billing
The Service is billed on a per-account-slot, per-month basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via the billing portal in account settings.
- No refunds are issued for partial months or unused periods.
- Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Service.
- We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that trades will be copied successfully on every occasion.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THETRADEHUB (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Trading or financial losses of any kind (including slippage, missed trades, incorrect copying, or broker execution issues);
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business);
- Losses arising from third-party service failures (including MetaAPI, CopyFactory, your broker, Stripe, or cloud infrastructure providers);
- Losses arising from broker restrictions, account suspensions, closures, or regulatory action;
- Losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to safeguard your credentials.
Aggregate liability cap: Our total liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheTradeHub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service;
- Your trading activity on connected accounts;
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your breach of any applicable law, regulation, or broker terms;
- Any third-party claims relating to trades copied via the Service.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, acts of God, pandemics, market disruptions, exchange outages, broker actions, third-party provider outages (including MetaAPI and CopyFactory), or regulatory changes.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any regulation;
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service (except as expressly permitted by law);
- Connect accounts you do not have legal authority to manage;
- Circumvent any subscription or usage limits;
- Use the Service in a way that violates your broker's terms of service.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time (with or without notice) for breach of these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.
Upon termination, access ceases and connected account links will be removed from our infrastructure within a reasonable time. No refund is due for any remaining billing period.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law (including UK GDPR). By using the Service, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
19. Assignment
We may assign, transfer, or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a business reorganisation, sale, merger, or asset transfer. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide proceeding against TheTradeHub.
